Shipping and Delivery Policy
Our products are delivered Australia wide using a range of third party providers including Border Express, StarTrack, Australia Post and other local couriers. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and also your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.
Please note that as delivery is facilitated by a third party provider, drivers are unable to call prior to delivery or deliver to a PO Box or Parcel Locker. Consignment details for online tracking will be sent via email.
Orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 1-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.
We are confident in the performance and quality of our products. If within 30 days of receiving your Concept2 Indoor Rower, SkiErg or BikeErg purchased direct from Concept2 Australia, you are not satisfied with it for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund. The cardboard box needs to be retained in case you decide to return it within the first 30 days. Call Concept2 Australia on 1800 324 872, for return authorisation and freight instructions. Upon receipt of your returned Indoor Rower, SkiErg or BikeErg (in as new condition), Concept2 will promptly refund your purchase price (excluding freight charges).
