Shipping & Returns

Shipping and Delivery Policy 
Our products are delivered Australia wide using a range of third party providers including Border Express, StarTrack and Josie’s Couriers. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. 

Please note that as delivery is facilitated by a third party provider, drivers are unable to call prior to delivery. All orders will be sent “Authority to leave safe”. If you require a signature or any other special instructions, please call the office on 1800 730 051 to place your order. A premium delivery charge of $22 in addition to normal delivery fees will apply for personalised delivery service. Consignment details for online tracking will be sent via email.

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 1-7 business days depending on your location within Australia. If we encounter any delay which will result in us being unable to dispatch your order beyond the expected 2 business days we will make contact with you to discuss your order. 

We are confident in the performance and quality of the Concept2 Indoor Rower. If within 30 days of receiving your Concept2 Indoor Rower purchased direct from Concept2 Australia, you are not satisfied with it for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund. The cardboard box for the rower needs to be retained in case you decide to return the rowing machine within the first 30 days. Call Concept2 Australia on1800 730 051, for return authorisation and freight instructions. Upon receipt of your returned Indoor Rower (in as new condition), Concept2 will promptly refund your purchase price (excluding freight charges).
